Hi everyone. My name is Luke. I am 6 years old and I have Acute Myeloid Leukaemia.

My old mummy died a month before i went into the hospital. I have a sister called Devon who is 3 and i have a brother called Elijah who is 1. I love my daddy and my sister and my brother.

Before I got sick I went to primary school. I would love to go swimming and run through the park with my friends and my sister Devon. I like space, dogs, Paw Patrol, and swimming.

When I first got sick I felt upset because I couldn't play because I felt tired and I felt sicky. The doctor didn't help me and I was sad. I don't like to remember the day I found out why I became really sick... So I'll talk about my life now.

I have a nurse called Liz who looks after me for 6 days a week and Julie who looks after me for the other day. They give me my feeding tube food and help me when I feel sick and cuddle me when I'm scared.

My daddy is very clever and he is very kind. He gives me cuddles and reads me stories. He loves me a lot and I love him a lot.

Devon is my sister and I love her lots. She gives me cuddles and we watch tv together and play in the park. She loves mermaids and the sea and she likes swimming too.

Elijah is my brother and I love him lots. He is young so he sleep a lot and I give him cuddles.

My new mummy is the bestest mummy in the whole world! She talks to me, and we love each other lots!

I don't know if I'll ever get better. But one day I hope I'll be all better! And one day when I grow up I want to be a swimmer and be in the olympics! That's all about me. Thank you :)
